What roles are you actively considering?+

$5M to $100M+ annual revenue. I've taken brands from low-7-figures to 8-figures (Tires Easy, Hair Club). I've also worked inside larger orgs (PartsTown, Southern Glazer's $18B+, TOUS Jewelry global). The sweet spot is brands that need a leader who can both set strategy and own execution.
How fast can you ramp?+
Day-30 audit, day-60 plan, day-90 quick wins. I move fast because I've seen the pattern repeat across 8+ brands: the audit finds the same 3-5 leaks (attribution gaps, channel mix, lifecycle holes), and the early wins come from fixing those before launching anything new.
What does "full P&L ownership" actually mean for you?+
Top-line revenue, blended CAC, contribution margin, MER, and EBITDA — measured weekly, defended to the board. At Hair Club I owned all of those across DTC, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Real ownership means you don't have a comfortable place to hide, and I prefer it that way.
How do you approach AI search (GEO/AEO)?+
Same way I approached SEO in 2010 — topical authority + structured data + content depth, optimized for the surfaces buyers actually use. My content programs at Tires Easy generated ~8,000 LLM citations as a downstream effect. I'm currently running active GEO/AEO work for consulting clients via Toptal.
What's your management style?+
Direct, data-led, low ceremony. I hire specialists, give them clear KPIs, and unblock fast. I expect agencies to perform like in-house teams and in-house teams to be as agile as agencies. Built and ran an 11-person performance team at Tires Easy from zero.
